This woodblock print was inspired by the Clarks Nutcracker, a bird that followed me and my buddy on our backpacking trip throughout the Teton Crest Trail. Its' call was what woke me each day, and in the still of the evening I could hear the wind tangled in its' feathers as it swooped down from the trees overhead. Basically, this is a love note for the birds.

Each original woodblock print is hand carved from wood, inked up with oil based inks and rolled through the ol' etching press to create this original relief print. Since each print is hand pulled and inked, there may be slight variations. Prints are numbered, signed and shipped to your door safely tucked in a tube. Once the edition is sold out, the exact same print will never be produced again.
